This site is run by The Kneehaber (Connor Clayton), based in Boulder, Colorado. Here's what happens with your information when you use it.

What we collect

Email address. If you sign up for the free guide, the waitlist, or the newsletter, your email goes to Kit, the email platform we use. We use it to send you what you asked for, plus the weekly newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Purchase details. Checkout runs through SamCart. Your payment details go to SamCart and their payment processors — they never touch our servers, and we never see your card number. We receive your name, email, and what you bought so we can deliver it.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how people use the site and how they found it. These tools use cookies and collect standard usage data like pages visited, device type, and rough location.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone beyond the services named above. We don't collect health information — anything you choose to share with us in an email or in the training app stays between us.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from emails anytime with the link at the bottom of any email. Want your data deleted? Email hello@thekneehaber.com and we'll take care of it.
